Born from the "trenches", the agency started out as a newsletter-only adjunct for a progressive California dermatologist looking for ways to increase the bottom line.

Marilyn Graves, who has long term experience in sales and public relations in Southern California. Marilyn functions as a "hype" detective and helps us all stay grounded. Making sure your communications with your patients stay credible is vital to your long-term success and reputation.

Dr. Govind Sharma, M.D. is our consultant physician who assists us by explaining the sometimes involved nuances of various treatments involving lasers and medical terminology.

Jacqueline Stroupe, R.N. is our consultant nurse who assists with just about anything we ask
