Custom Template and Account Setup- One time charge of $450

Includes Customized Template for up to 4 Topics, Email Broadcast Account setup, Import and Upload of email address list, Creation of Newsletter Signup Code for website and delivering code to site webmaster

Newsletter Comprehensive Fee- $400 per Newsletter

For Newsletters sent on a minimum schedule of 1x per month including up to four (4) topics. Complete content, editing and delivery to your email list with follow-up report.

(Newsletters sent less frequently will have a small add-on fee to maintain the active broadcast account. We don't make any extra on this, but it is factored into a minimum once a month broadcast assumption...a bit like telephone service...even if we don't make or receive a  call we have to pay each month)

Additional Services and Options

Google Ads: $240 for a 3 campaign ad series. 

Our fee covers the ad creation, geographic location selection of ad display, the selection of high-return key words that will drive internet search traffic to your ad, and initial setup. Our service does NOT include the cost of the ad running on the Google search engine.

(If you wish to invest the time to create and set up your own ads for the Google search engine, start here on the Google site.) No matter who does the work for you, it is a potentially high return investment and should be considered.

The actual Google charges for click-thrus on your ad will be a separate charge and controlled by you or your designated staff. These ads (called Google Adwords) can be highly effective in increasing your website exposure..particularly if your site does not show up in the first three pages of an internet search. The fact that the ads can be controlled as to geographic location of the person searching in relation to your office location makes the click thus to your site even more valuable and precisely targeted.

HTML  Newsletter files for website posting: $75 per newsletter

If you wish to post your newsletters on your website, we can create an HTML version (the HTML version contains clickable links and works identical to any webpage) for upload to your website. Your webmaster will be responsible for uploading these files to your website. As there are charges associated with adding pages to websites, please contact your webmaster to be sure you are comfortable with their fees for this addition.

Or, if you prefer, we can create a "mirror" site and post the newsletters for you. In this case the reader would click a link that takes them to a section of our site that is identical to yours and holds your email newsletters. All links within the newsletters would go directly to your website, just as they do within the newsletter. This would eliminate the need for your webmaster to add the pages to your existing site. As often they charge ghastly amounts to do this, we have included this in the $75 HTML posting fee as a complimentary service. 

Email Address Acquisition Promotion: Custom Quote

The purpose of an email acquisition promotion is to increase the readership of your newsletter. The newsletters already include a "send this newsletter to a friend feature".  Most newsletter readers, however, will respond with multiple names and addresses to generous incentives. An incentive such as an opportunity to win a  free Restylane or Botox treatment could result in an exciting number of new potential clients for your practice..basically for the minimal cost of the product itself, your time to provide the treatment and the promotion costs charge by Dermatologist News.

There are a number of control factors which can be placed to assure that your "new" readers are within a geographical area reasonable to your office location, are age appropriate and are viable potential clients.
