History

In the mid-70's I joined the Revlon corporation as a product consultant. It was the beginning of a long involvement in the cosmetic and skin care industry. As a 'baby boomer' myself, I am acutely aware of the affects that age places on us (women in particular) and this personal interest is more than enough incentive to stay on top of what's out there and how it works.

After working with a plastic surgeon in the medical aesthetics department, the applications of active skin care and enhancement became an even further interest. I make it a practice to subscribe to professional journals and dermatology magazines as well as routinely review the websites of the leading and upcoming companies that serve the Dermatology field.

I started out in this particular venue of newsletter marketing  managing the  website of an insurance company and developing their online and print marketing materials. Because my interest lies more squarely in the anti-aging arena, moving back into this field seemed a natural course of events.

I've always loved writing so blending that with my interest in the medical field of Dermatology makes for an exciting and fulfilling way of making my living. I just wish I had thought of it sooner!

Marilyn Graves

Editorial Review

Marilyn is the company "hype detective" and "lay language" guru...She makes sure we don't buy the "hype" and turn it into something that is presented as gospel. Staying as close as possible to the truth with your clients puts you in a respected and esteemed position. Her job is to question anything that sounds too good to be true.

We also have to remember that a great number of "lay" people might not understand too many technical terms. Again, that's her field. "If it's hard for me to understand, then change it 'til it's easy!" is her motto.

Marilyn has a microbiology background so she questions everything. With all the promises out there that your client sees, it's even more important that you don't promise what you can't deliver.

Your site is your online presence. So is ours.
If yours needs help, he might take it on. But, being the artistic and surfing soul that he is, we can't promise for him!

Future Goals

In the future we will integrate website management, search engine optimization and custom publicity campaigns in co-ordination with the newsletter internet marketing.

Once we have someone in place full time, that will be implemented. As it stands, taking on all those tasks would interfere with what we do best - the creation and distribution of your email newsletter. In the final analysis, the purpose of our business is to help you make more money in your business. We both specialize.
